It's possible we've met :) I'm the crazy lady behind (and sometimes in front of) the curtain pulling the strings! haha. I'm so excited to work with these amazing movers this season! I am beyond inspired by these kids and am grateful for every opportunity I get to be in the room with them!

Jill is our ANGEL! And she’s a total nerd :) haha. j/k but for real! She’s our internal administrator, rehearsal director and choreographer extraordinaire!

Jillian is a tap dancer originally from upstate New York. She began dancing at the age of three and grew up training in many styles of dance, but her biggest passion was always tap. After moving to Charleston in 2010, Jillian trained and performed with The Charleston Dance Project for four years before she shifted her focus to teaching. Since then, she has worked to grow the tap programs at several studios in the Charleston area. Her students are consistently recognized at conventions, competitions, and tap festivals, and have been accepted into pre-professional programs and apprenticeships with tap masters such as Savion Glover and Dianne Walker. Most recently, Jillian has also been honored to guest teach and choreograph at various studios throughout the Carolinas. She loves sharing her passion for tap dance with students of all levels and challenging them to reach their fullest potential as both dancers and musicians. Founder of BLENDED RHYTHMS TAP INTENSIVE, she is excited for this opportunity to bring tap dancers together from across the lowcountry, and is forever thankful to Jenny and DanceLab for making it possible!!

Taylor is our NEW competition director! Not only will she be training and setting competition and concert work for our company, she will be your GO TO lady at competitions and on Saturdays prepping our dancers for the stage!

Hailing from Peace, Love, Hip Hop…Taylor is known as the ultimate lover of hip hop; however, have you seen her contemporary jazz? She is FIERCE! and she is also the ultimate hype-man. Known for her energetic and fun classes, you can expect dope music, strong and powerful movement, and a sprinkle of grooves.

Camille is the embodiment of class, elegance and POWER! Hailing from Dale Lam in Columbia, she is a beautiful addition to the Lab Co. She will be training dancers in contemporary and improv, setting group work for our advanced track dancers, along with directing many solo rehearsals!!

We’re so STOKED! Miguel will be one of our ADV TRACK rehearsal directors for this Season setting competition and concert work on our COMP & ADV TRACK CO, as well as training all upper level Hip Hop! This man’s resume is unbelievable. His choreography is truly something to behold. Dancing on tour with artists like Mariah Carey has left him with SO much wisdom to share with LAB CO. His movement is challenging, fierce, fast-paced and eye quenching! His choreography has been described among the dancers as the most satisfying to execute because of how hard they have to work to make it streamlined and rockin'. You will probably never work harder than you do in a Miguel class or piece!

Laura Bland is the amazing Director of RAT KING and will be setting some killer choreo on our Lab Co movers this season for production, as well! She’s beyond stoked to work with everyone!!! She will also be the go-to person at the LAB for anything front desk related! AND she will be our costume extraordinaire!

This woman is SO AMAZING! Cayla is our performance track and mini company director this season, and she will be training many of our lab company members in their foundational disciplines! Her work is joyful, fun and GORGEOUS!

Amanda will be training so many of our LAB MOVERS in Ballet this season. She will also be setting some awesome repertoire for RAT KING (Waltz of the Solo Cups!) :)

Palmetto City Ballerina Natasha will be training our Foundations Ballerinas! We love her vibe and her gusto!

Jess is BACK as an instructor this season for our new LEVEL 4 Adv Track Class! Jess has been teaching tap classes for us for a 3 seasons now, and we adore her! Her choreography and entertainment value knock it out of the park.

Tori is our NEWEST addition to the Lab Co (and Dance Lab) team! We couldn't be more thrilled that she found us! Hailing from the cirque world in Canada, Tori is stoked to call Charleston home now :) Don't miss her programming this season - it's sure to give your dancer that extra EDGE!

Hallie Driggers began her dance journey in Charleston, South Carolina at age 2 where she trained extensively in many styles of dance; Tap being her favorite. Starting to compete at age 5, she went on to win numerous regional and national titles for the next 16 years. She was on the pre-professional team at Creative Edge Dance Center where she competed, assisted with classes, taught, and choreographed. After graduating, Hallie spent 10 months at the CLI Conservatory under direction of Teddy Forance in Easthampton, Massachusetts. She was able to take from well over 100 notable choreographers, perform in their “Last Dance” showcase, and be apart of Wade Robson’s film entitled “Element.” Hallie has gained so much knowledge that she can’t wait to share with our Lab Co. dancers! She is home and excited to get back tapping in Charleston!
